If you're not satisfied with your first purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@roko.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
To qualify for our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee:
We reserve the right to request photographs of the product and packaging before processing a refund.
If you choose to return the product as part of our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as roko cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
Please ensure that all order details, including products, quantities, shipping address, and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
If you believe you have made an error with your order, please contact support@roko.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, any return shipping costs will be covered by roko.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, roko reserves the right to charge any additional shipping, re-delivery, or return costs incurred.
If a package is returned to roko due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may offer re-shipment at the customer's expense or process a refund excluding any shipping and handling charges.
For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened food or beverage products.
However, eligible purchases may still qualify for our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee as described above.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Because roko is a food product, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and applies only to purchases made directly through our website.
